Hello! My name is Sydney. I have worked in the childcare industry for over 10years. I love working alongside families and engaging with their children! I will be transitioning from my current nanny family this summer and looking for a new full time position starting around August. I have been a professional nanny since October of 2020 and previously worked in preschools focusing on ages 3-5. I enjoy taking a Montessori approach in working with children and using positive discipline to create emotionally intelligent children. I want the children in my care to feel safe, loved and important. Some requirements I am looking for in my future position are guaranteed full time hours, legal pay with a W2, and benefits. My rate can be negotiable based on the number of children and duties, but I am looking in the range of $22-$30/hr. I am covid vaccinated and also CPR and Read more first aid certificated.
