Hi my name is Shavonna Corprew, I am 18 years old and I reside in Apex NC. I feel i am perfect for this job because I love children and I have worked over a hundred hours at the Cary Family YMCA. I worked as a volunteer camp counselor. I also volunteered with the Johnston County Delta Sigma Theta jabberwock to help make holiday gift and necessities baskets to the needy. I Was apart of the Seniors helping Seniors, which was a club that helped give our time to the senior citizens in our area. Since I have been 9 I have ushered every 1st and 5th sunday for my Church, Wake Chapel Church in Knightdale NC, and now I am head Chief over the youth ushers. I received a Chancellor's scholarship from North Carolina Central, I am a Kappa Scholar, and I am a member of The National Society Read more of High School Scholars (NSHSS). I graduated early from Green Hope high school in January and I will be attending North Carolina Central University in the fall, and I am very excited. I would not hire Shavonna again and highly recommend you find someone else. Shavonna seemed most concerned in leaving early because of “migraines”, returning texts/taking calls, and thumbing through social media than caring for my child. Without notice, she quit and filed for unemployment benefits from me.
