Brief history about myself. I started babysitting children when I was 14 years old. At the age of 20 I had my first child and could not bare the thoughts of placing him in a daycare so I could return to my job as a CNA, so I went to work at the daycare where I had registered him. I then put myself through night school earning a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as an assistant director at a local daycare and then took a break to become an accountant. At the age of 33 I had my surprise in life baby and decided to stay at home from then on. I have 30 years experience in childcare as well as CNA, CPR, First-Aid, and a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as a bus driver and substitute teacher in both Madison and Buncombe County Read more schools. I have been background checked, fingerprinted and FBI background checked. (Results available upon request). I know how I felt when it came down to placing my child in another persons arms and walking away wondering and worrying. I strive to provide a clean, nurturing and loving environment for both child and parents. I will treat your child as you would. I am smoke free, drug free and do not drink.
