I am a rising senior at the George Washington University. Over the past five years I have worked as a homeschool tutor, nanny, and babysitter for multiple different families, as well as worked as a preschool teacher for two summers. I taught at the Goddard School and Kindercare, primarily with students age 2-4. I have a background check and negative TB test valid for two years from the DCPS system. In addition, I have completed numerous trainings through ProSolutions (early childhood education courses) including outdoor safety, food allergies, infectious disease control, and SIDS. As a preschool teacher I have been trained to safely feed, change and/or potty train, and individually care for children of all ages. In my classroom I conducted daily activities such as circle time, arts and crafts, and outdoor education. As a tutor I have helped teach and review school material with elementary age students. I create Read more and execute lesson plans based on the child's needs, or simply help with homework. Lastly, as a nanny I have done it all from preparing food to doing laundry.
