I am currently a lead teacher at St. Stephens Episcopal Pre-school in Durham, NC. This position enables me to provide my children with a foundation for learning and development prior to advancing to elementary school. I am passionate about teaching and developing relationships with my children in order to nurture a healthy, structured, and fun learning environment. Helping my children grow in knowledge, confidence, and love for one another while finding joy in learning is my top priority. As a 2011 graduate of Covenant College and with over two years of teaching experience at the pre-school level, I feel that I can have a positive impact on you children as a nanny. In addition to my teaching experience, I have also worked with young children in various coaching roles. After my junior year of college I had the opportunity to coach soccer with the organization On-Goal, a soccer ministry that Read more ministers to young children, as well as coach soccer for the Chattanooga Sports Ministry. Both of these opportunities helped me to not only develop coaching skills but also develop the necessary skills to succeed as a loving nanny. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate and enthusiastic teacher to make a positive addition to your family.
