My name is Melissa and I just graduated from my Masters! I currently work with kids with Autism and other developmental disabilities. I have a broad experience with many kids over the last few years! I have always been around kids growing up. I coached a basketball team for 4 years with kids in the 3rd and 4th grade. When getting to college, I began babysitting for families when they wanted to get out of the house. I have does some house chores, activities and walks with the kids, and more! Many of the houses I have worked with have pets, I am open to it, especially dogs! My last year of undergrad, I worked for a company that assisted kids with autism or that had developmental disabilities. I am skilled with working with kids with disabilities! I enjoy being able to be outside with kids and go with the Read more flow! If they want to color, use play dough, watch a movie, I am flexible with it, as long as it is okay with the parents! I can cook, I have patience, I am very accommodating, I can also drive in case of an emergency or the kid needs to get dropped off somewhere! I hope I can be able to help your family!
