Hello, My name is Stephany, and I have over 15 years of childcare experience. I started off at the age of 16 assisting my mom with her home base childcare business and that’s where I found my passion for children. I’ve worked in several centers in Washington DC, Dallas Texas as an assistant teacher and lead. I worked with families for babysitting during my time there. I served as a Director at a Montessori school in Woodbridge VA and enjoyed learning and building with families and their children.
