Hello, my name is Valerie Xiong. I am 24 years old and a Registered Behavior Technician at an elementary school. I have 2 years of experience working with children on the spectrum. I love children and have always been the designated babysitter for all my cousins in my family, even when I was younger. I have experience with children of all ages and feel that children will always be my passion. I want to continue gaining experience with children before I have my own in the future. Children are our futures and I believe that we ought to guide them and support them in every way letting them know they have love from all angles. Valerie is so awesome with our toddler son and school aged daughter! She is very warm and friendly with our children. She gives our son plenty of outside time and while inside she reads to him and works with him on counting, letters, and further developing his speech. I was worried he would have a hard time with someone new after being with me for 18 months after taking a break from the workforce, but he took to her right away! We thoroughly enjoy having her work with our family!
