I am college student that is majoring in Art and minoring in education. I love kids and making sure their creative juices are flowing! Before I started college, I worked as a teachers assistant for an elementary schools art class. I loved working with the children and watching them create fun and interesting art using all sorts of materials and mediums. I also assisted my high school art teacher when she had a class full of “enthusiastic” middle schoolers, they were quite the handful in comparison to the little ones. Nonetheless, I enjoyed working with all ages and making sure they stayed on task while following rules and hopefully having fun. I am also skilled in cooking, as I cook for my whole family, as well as cleaning. By the end of the day (or shift) I make sure the house is tidy and prepared for the next days activities. Read more I find that engaging with children outside, by playing outdoors and going on walks, is a great way to bond and strengthen social skills. I prioritize the safety and wellbeing of whoever I look after; I know CPR and first-aid. I look forward to meeting you and providing the help you need :)
