Upon meeting her, it was clear that Magdalena was exactly the type of nanny we were looking for. She was warm and loving and liked to laugh. My 9 month old immediately smiled and reached for her and all of her responses to our questions made it clear that she not only loves kids but knows how to care for them in a supportive, safe and fun way. I especially liked that she thought it was important for kids to be outside at least a few hours a day. She also had great follow-up, always getting back to us quickly to answer additional questions. It was a very difficult decision and we chose someone else, but a family will be very lucky to have her!
