I love working with kids, the experience is always worth the knowledge that I gain over time. It requires patience, discipline, and understanding. Every child is not the same and every parent has a different way of teaching them so I’d love to get to know them and learn more from them. I have had multiple experiences with children. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I’ve volunteered to babysit at my church, I’ve worked with family and friends who have children, and I've also worked at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools to be a teacher assistant and substitute teacher. I trained there and also trained at a children’s facility for kids with autism. I’m great at engaging with kids, keeping a safe environment, good with communication and time management. I look forward to learning more, and finding a family to work with.
