Kelise worked with our family for about two weeks and was kind with our children during that time. She later informed us, the day before a scheduled shift, that she would no longer be able to continue due to personal circumstances. We are very sympathetic to her loss and understand that unexpected life events happen. However, the last-minute resignation left our family without childcare and without adequate time to make alternative arrangements. Families who rely on consistent care should keep communication and advance notice in mind when considering employment arrangements. We wish her healing and the best moving forward.
