I grew up with 5 brothers and sisters. My mom is a teacher. I was in the delivery room with my little sister when I was 12 years old and from that point on I wanted to be a midwife. I wanted to be a part of the amazing experience of bringing life into this world, but in order to be a midwife I had to be a nurse for 5 years. I knew 1 thing for sure and that was that I wanted to be around children and have a positive influence on their lives so I decided to major in Early childhood education. I graduated with my associates in early childhood education in May 2016. I have my 101 certificate and I'm first aid and CPR certified. Over the years I work for a small summer camp as a volunteer to provide the crafts for the children, nannied Read more for several families and worked at a nonprofit early head start. I really enjoy giving children the one on one attention that they need, interacting with them, and experiencing all of the amazing things they are all about.
