Hi, My name is Rose. I have recently moved to this area, and currently looking for part time work. I moved to Huntersville, NC in 2009 to be closer to my family; which of course includes my grandson. He was just a wee little one when I moved here, and I am amazed at how quickly he has grown up, but he is still precious in my eyes, and a wonderful joy in my life. I worked in Nursing for over 30 years in various areas: Med-Surgical, Pulmonary, Family Practice, Cardiology, Dermatology just to name a few. I've been blessed in the recent past with volunteering at Levine Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC. End of life care has always been a passion for me; especially as a volunteer because I could focus on the patient fully, as well as the family, and not need to focus on the nursing Read more side. I worked for about one year with a day care facility as a support, or assistant, to the Lead Teacher's. Initially my age group were the infants and early toddler's. I would enjoy caring for one infant in order to give focused care to that one child. I have BLS certification in Infant and Child, and I am also SIDS certified. I am interested in Part Time; baby or small toddler. They will receive my undivided attention, and snuggles from a "Forever Nana".
