We scheduled Holly for a nanny position, and unfortunately communication became a major issue. She confirmed availability but did not show up for the scheduled start date and did not send any message or notice beforehand. I had also sent a nanny agreement the day prior, which was read but never acknowledged. Reliable communication is extremely important when families are depending on childcare, and the lack of follow-through made this experience disappointing. I hope this feedback helps encourage more professional communication in the future.
