I love my job. I am a Nanny. However, my wonderful family just moved to Vale Colorado. Although they tried to take me with them, I stayed behind because of my 5 year old grandson who is a large part of my life and I just could not leave him. He is the apple of my eye. I am working part time for a family so I am looking for occasional babysitting jobs in the evening or during the days I'm not working. I have may years of experience and I did take the CPR class some time ago. I have good references I would be happy to share with you at anytime. I have been a Nanny for three different families at different times of my life. Plus I have babysat most of my life. Because of my love for children I started a babysitting service when I was Read more 12. I worked for many families through my high school years and provided jobs for many of my girlfriends. For 25 years I was a real estate broker but I also babysat in the evenings. I started with one family in my church and from there my name got out and many people started calling from word of mouth. When I moved to Durham two years ago I decided to become a full time nanny and I love it. I have a grown son of my own plus two step sons I helped raise. My sister who lived close had three children and I helped her with her children as well. I have been a Sunday School Teacher, taught jewelry making to the Girl Scouts, and I was involved with the Youth group at my church. Children have always been the center of my life.
