My name is Kendall and I am a 21 year old 4th year student at Duke University. I have over eight years of experience caring for and nurturing children of all ages, fostering their growth and development in a safe and loving environment. My passion for working with children has been a driving force in my life. Throughout my years as a babysitter, I have developed a keen understanding of children's needs and have become adept at creating engaging and enriching activities that stimulate their minds and encourage their curiosity. In addition to my extensive babysitting experience, I have also spent several years teaching and coaching children aged 10 and under to swim. This experience has not only enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with children but also honed my skills in patience, encouragement, and safety. My background in swim instruction has also taught me the importance of instilling confidence and resilience in young learners, qualities I strive to nurture in all the children I work with.
