Erica has been a great benefit to supporting our family's child care and transportation needs. Erica communicates well about her availability and checks in often if there is any concern she may have regarding our kid, sharing her insight and is not afraid to ask us questions. Over the course of a few weeks we've seen them become closer and our kiddo looks forward to spending time with Erica. We recently hired Erica to start in January as a reoccurring nanny to our 3 month old. She was professional and prompt during our initial conversations and came over to our house for a final interview. Recently we had her come over for a few hours of daycare and she was amazing! Our son responds great to her gentle demeanor and you can tell she has experience working with infants. We can’t wait to have her provide continuous care next year!
