I am an experienced caregiver and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with three years of hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Through my work, I’ve supported kids of varying needs and developmental levels, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA-based strategies. As a babysitter and RBT, I focus on creating a safe, patient, and engaging environment where each child feels understood and supported. I’m skilled in implementing behavior plans, managing challenging behaviors with compassion, and adapting activities to meet each child’s unique strengths and interests. My goal is always to help children feel comfortable, confident, and empowered while giving families peace of mind. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, celebrating small victories, and making every session or babysitting experience both fun and growth-oriented.
