Growing up in a large Hispanic family I've taken care of all of my little cousins who are ages 1-12. Over the summer especially I would stay with my grandma and help baby sit up to 7 cousins at a time. I would prepare lunch for them, give them snacks, let them have nap time and spend quality time with them. I also have an older brother who is mentally disabled and have always been there to guide him and take care of him. Although I don't have any baby sitting certifications I do have a lot of mother-like traits and abilities from caring for my cousins and brother for the past 8 years. I love kids and one day hope to become an elementary teacher.
