I am a recent 5th grade math teacher. My approach to babysitting is the same as my approach as a teacher. I believe in being fun, fair, safe, and that everything can be a learning experience. I have spent the last 5 years working with all types of children with various learning styles, personalities, and backgrounds. I have used my teaching experience as way to mentor and motivate children to be their best whether it be in school or during the summer. I intend to use that same approach as a babysitter/tutor during the summer months and potentially the next school year. This year I was a boys basketball coach and enjoy all sports, but especially basketball. I also love music, dogs, art, cooking, and kayaking.
