Hi there! I'm currently on the education track at UNCG to become a first-grade teacher. I've always loved working with kids and watching as they learn new things. I was enrolled in my high school's Early Childhood Education program and developed a passion for teaching. I’ve spent the past few years interning in elementary schools. I’ve worked with three kindergarten classes, a first-grade class, third, and fourth grade. I often worked one on one with students who needed extra help with learning the alphabet, counting numbers, reading, writing, and fun art projects. I've created and taught lesson plans and supervised 20+ at a time. I’ve also worked at a summer camp in virginia for the past two years.
