If we could give 10 stars Erica would get them. She is above and beyond the best baby sitter we have ever had. We do not have a worry at all for our two young children just turned 3 and 8 months old. She doesn't believe in sitting and watching TV even after they are in bed. Erica played actually played with both babies the entire time reading, hide and seek, princess castles. My daughter asked for her as soon as she woke up. Erica is very trustworthy and responds to sitting requests within minutes. She is very organized and you can tell she is an excellent mom herself. We are so thrilled to find someone we know we can count on and trust with our most prized possessions. :)

Erica has been a nanny for awhile. We love her as part of our family. Our circumstances have changed and we are very upset to lose her as our nanny. She is wonderful with my children.She does arts and crafts, plays,and well just about everything for them. She is the best nanny!! She cares for the children as her own and is very dependable. I recommend her over and over! We will miss her. she is special a person to have around your kids. We can't say enough great things about Erica! She's so warm, outgoing, fun, honest, prompt and the kiddos love her!! Erica is also a pro with the household and kids and takes initiative always - we are so impressed. I go to her now for advice with the twins sleeping patterns, eating, etc. She got them to take a bottle for the first time (!) and got them napping together. Our 3 year old wants her to stay and play games all the time. We just love her and are so grateful. She's a rare find. A++++++

She was very nice and was available. Showed me her home and I felt safe leaving my son in her care. Reasonably priced felt comfortable with where she lived. My son seemed to have a lot of fun when I went to pick him back up. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends.
