My senior year of high school I took a year of college classes at Guilford Technical Community College, I took an Early Childhood Education Course that would allow me to work in daycare and child care facilities. After being awarded my early childhood education certificate I then began working at Acaemy Kids Enrichment Center monday-friday. Growing up I have always enjoyed working with children. With being employed at Academy Kids Enrichment Center Center I was the teacher for the 0 to 1 year old classroom. I was responsible for daily care of the children and the planning by week of activities for the children to complete. Also, accountable for feeding the children, putting them down for nap, and interacting with their parents by letting them know their daily progress. I also have several different experiences volunteering with children and being temporary baby sitter for family and close family friends!
