HI! My name is Kiera, I am 23 years old and currently live in Wilmington (28412). A little bit of my history: I was a full time nanny for a 3 month old infant for 2 years and absolutely loved the experience. I am the fourth oldest of nine children. I have always been actively involved in caregiving for my younger siblings. I took over the role as primary overseer in 2015 when the parents were not home.
