Hello! My name is Haley, and I am an 18 year old student majoring in elementary education. Don't let my age fool you, I have always been a natural when it comes to working with kids. From helping teach kids off all ages to ride horses through a lesson program at 13 years old, to babysitting my five nieces and nephews that range in ages starting at age 14. As soon as I turned 16, I knew I wanted to continue working with kids, and applied to a YMCA summer camp. I have been an overnight counselor and lifeguard there for the last two years, and have been properly trained in the safety practices and responsibilities involved of childcare. I am CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard , and Basic Life Support certified. I have have had my license since the day I turned 16 and still have a clean driving record. I have always been a natural with handling situations from crying babies, to temper tantrum throwing toddlers, and I carry myself with the maturity to handle any other situations that may arise.
