I am a busy mom of 3 great boys. My boys are 1, 3, and 5 years old. I have been a stay-at-home mom for the last 5 1/2 years and love being able to be home with my little guys. I know how hard it is for mom and dad to choose a babysitter for their precious little ones. Who knows your kids better than you, right? Who loves your kids as much as you do, right? I hear you! I am committed to providing love and nurture to your child(ren) as close to how you parent as I possibly can. I commit to providing a safe, fun environment so you don't have to worry about your little ones while you're at work. As a full-time mom I feel I have countless hours of experience in childcare. I have, however, babysat since I was 11 years old. Sometimes one Read more child, sometimes 3 children. I took babysitter training in middle school, and CPR and First Aid when I was in college. I do not have a current CPR certification, but would be willing to take a class if that is your preference. I prefer to babysit at my home if at all possible as I have a safe, gated play area, and plenty of room for those who nap. We have a large backyard for the kids to play when the weather permits and plenty of games, toys, books, board games, crayons, markers, you name it! If that won't work, I'm open to coming to your home permitting that I am able to bring my children with me. I am comfortable watching up to 2 additional children, but will consider watching more if the additional children are over the age of 5. I attended, and graduated from, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in History and Broadfield Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science were my focuses under the BSS major), and a license to teach. I would love to watch your little one(s) for you while you're at work so you can put your mind at ease while your away. I'd love to show you our home so you can decide if it will work for you! Two of my boys are in school so I do need to bring them to/from school in the morning and pick around noon right here in Hendersonville. I have a mini-van and can bring your child(ren) along with me for the ride, if that's ok with you! My husband works from home and watches whichever boy isn't in school when I run to pick up/drop off.
