I am a mother of 2 pre-teen daughters and I also have worked 19 years for a before and after school program called Kids Plus at local Cabarrus County Elementary schools. I still work in CCS at a local high school now but I miss getting to work with the younger children and being on summer vacation now, I thought this would be a great way to earn extra money and still be able to use my skills and experience to help someone else. Since I worked in a childcare setting I have my Early Childhood Education credentials and I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have worked with diabetics, ADHD, ADD, Autism, asthmatics and know how to handle challenging situations with children that can arise.
