Currently I am a Center Director for Mathnasium in Matthews-Mint Hill, NC. I have been a certified Montessori elementary school teacher for my entire career. I truly love guiding children to become independent and confident on their journey through childhood. Children are most happy when they are busy and having the opportunity to have choice in their learning. I love to provide children with opportunities to learn all areas of curriculum through or in nature. Learning as a child plays is the best form of learning. I have been certified in first aid/cpr many times and am on track to complete this certification again in the near future. My husband and I are planning to relocate to the Wilmington, NC area by June 2026. I will be happy to meet with you on a Friday or Saturday for an interview.
