I have four years of hands-on experience working in childcare, including extensive experience supporting children with special needs. In my role, I provided a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child felt valued and supported in their development I worked closely with children with a range of additional needs, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, speech and language challenges, and behavioral needs.
