Hi, My name is Tanli and I'm about to be a freshman at UNC Charlotte. I've been working with kids since I was around 12 and I love it. I started out watching my younger cousins and then I did some volunteer work at a daycare in my hometown. Over the last few years I have worked primarily with toddlers and school-age kids, however, I feel I am equipped with the skills to work with all ages.
