Hi, I’m Aliyah! Caring for children has been a part of my life since I was 16, and it’s something I truly love doing. I’ve worked in a gym childcare for 6 years and have cared for children as young as newborns and as old as 12. Whether it’s one child or a busy group of four, I do my best to make sure each child feels safe, happy, and cared for. I’m currently earning my degree in Criminal Justice at UNC Pembroke, with dreams of becoming a forensic scientist. I wouldn’t consider myself an expert on children or babysitting. However I do babysit for my nieces and nephews. I also have costumer services skills which allows me to be friendly. I am also going to school to be a social worker.

I have worked in child care for 13 years so this is something that I have plenty of experience in. I have primarily worked with 2 year olds, but have also worked with all other age groups as well. I am interested in becoming a sitter to make a little side money and help out others as well also the experience could help in my career.
