Why do you love being a sitter? I truly enjoy caring for children and supporting families. Being a mama of 6 including a set of twins, grandma of 1 and a doula allows me to create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where children feel seen, heard, and cared for. I love helping kids learn, play, and grow while giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in capable and loving hands. What experience do you have? I have over 20 years of hands-on experience as a stay-at-home parent and homeschool teacher. During that time, I’ve cared for children of various ages, managed daily routines, assisted with learning activities, meals, and bedtime, and handled the many unexpected moments that come with childcare. I also have experience supporting families through organization, communication, and consistency. What skills and training do you have? I bring strong childcare, organization, and communication skills. I’m Read more patient, attentive, dependable, and very comfortable maintaining structure while being flexible to a child’s needs. My background includes homeschooling, and household management, which means I’m detail-oriented, trustworthy, and great at following family guidelines. I prioritize safety, respect family values, and always aim to create a positive, nurturing experience for every child.

Where do I even begin?! First off, Giah is SUCH a sweet & selfless woman. Her kindness alone will make you feel extremely comfortable with her. Even though we live in two different states, she was always available day or night for me, my husband and our baby. It had been 5 years since my last pregnancy, so I had forgotten a lot of little things when it came to pregnancy and childbirth. She is also the first doula Ive ever had. We had all intentions on having a home birth, or at least doing a majority of my labor at home, then making our way to the hospital. But circumstances changed and I had a scheduled c-section instead. BUT Giah was there for us every step of the way. With any concerns or questions I had, she always had an answer or reassurance. I will recommend Giah to anyone looking for a doula. She isn't just someone I had as a doula, but she has become family to us.

My experience with Giah as a sitter has been absolutely phenomenal. I don’t think I’ll ever find someone to replace her—her dedication and exceptional care set a standard I haven’t seen before. I wish you didn’t have to relocate, but I remain hopeful that in the future, we will see you again. I would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver. You were a true life saver during my most challenging times with the twins, constantly offering your wisdom and support. Your gentle touch calmed them during nights when I felt like I was going to lose my mind. You were like a mother hen—an angelic presence sent our way. And let’s not forget the countless loads of laundry you helped me manage, which I definitely couldn’t have tackled without you. Our entire family will forever be grateful for your kindness and support. ?

???? is a dedicated and caring teacher. She is always joyful and kind and she knows how to balance and maintain structure. My child looks forward to coop classes with her and loves baking online. ???? has many years of homeschool experience and always gives sound advice when needed and tips for other parents. She is a mother of six who has shown she is qualified to care for children and teach them simultaneously. You’ll love her!
