Hello! My name is Ashley, and I bring over 27 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. I’ve had the privilege of working as a Lead Teacher and Educational Coordinator in preschool programs, as well as a Teacher’s Assistant in public schools. I am Montessori certified and have also delivered parent education workshops focused on child development and positive learning environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children of all ages, including one-on-one care for children with special needs. As both a professional educator and a parent myself, I understand the importance of nurturing each child’s individual strengths while providing structure, creativity, and compassion.
