I have raised 2 boys of my own, the youngest turning 17, and know how hectic it can be to work and try to raise a family. I want to help a family who just wants to know their kids are safe and loved so that they can focus on what they need to do without worry. While it was not paid, I did help run an after school program for kids at risk in my community which involved snacks, planning homework, and occasional park and field trips for elementary school aged children. Along with that experience, I think the best thing I can offer is my dependability and flexibility where I can be available outside normally scheduled hours for emergencies and such.
