I have cared for children for more than 30 years (I started young!). I graduated from Appalachian State with a communications degree, but found child development more rewarding! I have worked as a nanny, a preschool teacher, a behavioral specialist in the public schools, and of course as a babysitter. I have worked with at-risk teenagers, and have volunteered to work with children at community events. I have always enjoyed watching children learn and grow, and am very proud to have been a part of that process for so many children over the years.
