My name is Onnyx, and I am a 23-year-old college student in Raleigh, NC. My journey in childcare began nine years ago after the birth of my niece, Noelle. Throughout her childhood, I often acted as her primary caretaker. I was responsible for everything from feeding and bathing to companionship and homework help. A few years ago, we learned that Noelle is on the autism spectrum. Her diagnosis made me recognize the importance of being adaptable and helped me to view each child as a unique individual who I get to help shape and grow. Willing and able to provide transportation to and from extracurriculars, prepare meals and help with light errands. I hold a clean driving record and have transported children of various ages.
