Hi! My name is Kayla, and I have a strong passion for working with children and helping them grow in a safe, loving, and structured environment. I have hands-on experience in childcare as a Twos Teacher and currently serve as an Assistant Director at a Child Development Center. Throughout my career, I have worked in all classrooms with children of all ages, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of each stage of child development. I hold a degree in Behavioral Social Sciences with a focus in Psychology, which has helped me better understand children’s behaviors, emotions, and developmental needs. I am also a trained Behavioral Technician, allowing me to effectively support children with behavioral challenges, special needs, and social-emotional growth. In addition, I have obtained my Level 3 Administrative Credentials, giving me leadership experience in managing programs, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality care standards.
