We hired Charlotte to be a full time nanny for our twins. We interviewed her. I spoke with her references and they were great. We had two trial days that went well before she was to officially start. On the first day of my new job, she texted saying she woke up ill and would not make it. I spoke to her that night and she explained she had a difficult personal situation but assured me she was would be there in the morning. The next day she texted me an hour before she was supposed to arrive. We were not able to find another sitter on short notice and my husband missed a week of work while I started my new position. I wish Charlotte all the best and I'm sure she is a great nanny. However, for us she was extremely unreliable and we were very disappointed.
