First and foremost, I'm a Mother of two. They are now 32 & 31. I now have three grandchildren, one who now resides in ND and two here in Hubert. I was in the medical field for 20 years working in Pediatric facilities, home health, Orthopaedics, and Family Practice. I went back to school and received my degree as a Certified Chef in 2001. I worked as a contracted Chef and then had my own business, purchased in 2009 until my granddaughter came along at the end of 2013. I took care of her daily until her mother moved to ND (we see her rarely now, mostly weekly FaceTime, my husband and I miss her terribly). I began taking care of my grandson full time when he was four months old right up until June of 2018 when my son and his family relocated here and we followed in July. Read more We all moved here from MN and his Mother just had our newest addition at the end of May, she’s now home. She rarely needs me to help now. I love children and animals! We currently have two Boxers (Nevaeh Matisse and Jace Jaeden) who are 9 & 4. Our 9 year old is the last of the babies from our male and female pair (Sierra Skye & Phinneas Bleu) that we had the privilege of loving for 12 & 10 years. Our 4 year old, we've had for a year and a half now, he's a rescue and has settled in with us seamlessly. We have two kitties (Sedona Rae & Stormie Skye) who are mother and son and hang out outside most of the time, they lounge on the screened porch and only come in when the weather is bad, they never leave the yard, they know they’ve got it good here, lol! We have two Cockatiels (Navy Grey & Summer Thyme) who are 6&15 I am now a "Mimi for hire!" I would welcome the opportunity to meet your family and discuss my diverse skill set. My certifications are HHA, CNA, CMA, RMT, AAS I am Serve Safe Certified and a lifetime member of the National Food Safety Council.
