Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile! So to start off, I'm a mom too so I know how difficult it is to trust someone with your babies. However I love all kids like my own, and I treat them like it too. I have over 10 years of experience in childcare and have 4 kids of my own. I want to go to school for early childhood education and be a preschool teacher one day. To tell you a bit about myself: I like exploring nature and enjoying outside. I like dogs better than most people. My favorite thing to do is take my kids to the park. Spring and fall are my favorite seasons. There's a little about myself. We can talk more over the interview :) Hope to hear from you soon!

I made it clear to Amanda that she was needed at 5:30 am for the job even offering bonus pay for the first hour. I went so far as to pay her $10.00 to come out for a few minutes the night before to quickly meet my kids and ensure she knew where to go so she could be there on time. After meeting her, I went so far as to forward her $10.00 for the job before she even worked it. The day of the job came, but Amanda did not show up. She did not respond to texts nor did she answer calls (I tried calling 6 times). I am an RN, and it is very important that I am at work on time and as scheduled. I lost a day's pay, plus the $20.00 I already gave to Amanda, and put my patients and co-workers in a bad position. She did later call to state that her phone had updated overnight and that "for some reason the alarm didn't go off" this was over an hour after I was supposed to be at work and had already called out. Had I not taken several steps to make it clear how important it was that she be on time I may not have gone to the trouble of leaving this review, but by not being dependable for me Amanda has made me appear to be an undependable Nurse to my co-workers. I am extremely upset by this fact.
