My name is Ky’ana. I am currently attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, majoring in nursing. I love being around children, which is why I am planning on going into pediatrics once I am in the field. I love being around kids because they bring so much joy. Since I was a kid I used to imagine myself being a teacher. I admire being a role model, caregiver, and a figure in children’s lives. I have two younger siblings who are 10 and 12 years younger than me. Watching them grow up, and seeing them grow has been one of the best things. As I mentioned before how creative kids are, I too, can be creative. From DIY projects, to science experiments, I am capable of helping children and making it fun. I also understand the responsibility of getting things done in the order they need to be.
