I was a third generation nanny, and did full time care for 7 years. I have been watching children since 1992, and am now a part time care giver. I take my job very seriously, however, I do not feel that I actually work because I love my job. I have experience in being a babysitter, live-in and out nanny, tutor, and have watched children from newborn to 13 years of age. I have passed the International Nanny Association's basic skills test. I have a B.S. in Psychology and minor in Sociology. I work full time for the County Government, and volunteer part time, requiring me to maintain clean driving, criminal and credit reports, along with CPR and First Aide Training. Most of the families I work for I have had the pleasure of working with from infancy to the present; many consider me part of the family. I enjoy taking them on nature walks, to the park, museums, play dates, the library, and other places where they can stretch their legs and minds.
