Hailey was wonderful with our sons! She asks great questions concerning house rules, expectations for cleaning and napping routines, and she definitely knows how to have fun with the kids while also maintaining authority and not letting the kids boss her around. She was most excellent in handling the routine nagging my oldest son gave her about eating out, when he clearly was offered many choices of food at home. Looking forward to having Hailey watch the kids again!
