Hello! My name is Olivia Poland, I am 20 years old, and I am a student athlete at Barton College where I major in Psychology and minor in English. I grew up with 6 siblings so you may argue that I have been baby-sitting my whole life haha! But on a real note, I have nearly 5 years of paid, specialized childcare. I am car certified and have worked with children of all ages, from infants to teens. I have worked with groups of kids as large as 30, and also have experience with just one child. I believe that my education is psychology places me in a position to care for children in ways other sitters cannot.
