As a 26-year-old college graduate, I have years of experience caring for families and children. During my time at UNC Chapel Hill, I nannied 20 or more hours a week for four years, and often spent weekends caring for children overnight while their parents were away enjoying quality time with each other. Post-college, I've spent my professional life working as an editor of locally based weekly newspapers and leading a team of several writers. As a Type-A, detail-oriented professional, I'm excited to begin caring for families again. During my free time, I volunteer with YoungLife, a Christian organization dedicated to mentoring high school students, and love spending time on my six-acre farm with my husband of two years and our two rambunctious pups, Scout and Surry.
