I am a college student who loves being outdoors, doing arts and crafts, and letting my unique personality shine with kids. I am incredibly passionate about becoming involved with my community and helping families in every way possible. I have 5 years of babysitting experience and spent 2 years working as a summer camp counselor and kids academy instructor with LifeTime Fitness. Through that role I managed a group of 10 kids ages 4-12 and led them through various STEAM, art, and athletic activities. I also created lesson plans for classes such as offline coding, Zumba, and brain games. Through that experience, I learned how to think on the fly and navigate difficult situations such as homesickness, misbehavior, and difficult parent conversations. Additionally, I have spent 2 years working with the Special Olympics as a cheerleading coach, most recently coaching a team of 23 athletes ages 7-48 with various intellectual Read more disabilities. I am comfortable working with all ages of children, pets, and kids with intellectual or physical disabilities. I am CPR and first aid certified and would love to form meaningful connections with families in the Charlotte area.
