Highly talented, result driven professional with a background in management of group homes and supervised apartments with one-on-one direct support to those facing mental and physical challenges. As well as competing in home therapy as a registered behavioral technician with ages 2-14 years old. With over 7 years in residential as Program Manager to those with physical and intellectual disabilities in DDD / stated funded supervised apartments / group homes via fee for service ensuring all aspects of their wellbeing is supported and managed. On the administrative side of support, I serve those from their medical services such as administrating medication to doctor appointments, surgeries and procedures as well as government assistant programs, HUD and lease renewal with state regulations and demands. The day by day supports within the home in residential, at work and with employment / finding a job to those I support, community support services such as Read more food shopping, laundry and activities such as painting at the park, bingo or a day at the zoo. In addition to on-sight support, assisting individuals with maintaining their home, in a shared living environment and by following a prescribed diet if stated by Primary. I serve as their leader, companion, advocate, and life coach. Being responsible for the operations, licensing / state and quality assurance of those I support. While understanding the vision and challenges that I may face in order to guide those I support in decision making accurately in stressful situations. In this field I have coached from the ages of 3 years old to elderly, memory loss / respite / end stages of life. I am looking to expand my career with my compassionate mindset, exceptional knowledge, strong interpersonal skills to make a difference in your child’s life experience while navigating through life with more one on one direct guidance. I will support from basic home supports to involving the kids in the home chores and responsibilities, as well as home work, physical play / exercise and cooking.
