Hello, as you can see my name is Paulette. Ive been happily married for 21 years. I am the mother to four amazing and beautiful daughters, ages 21,17 and 16 year old twins. I began my career in early childhood education 21 years ago when I decided to put my first daughter into child care. I couldn't bare leaving my firstborn child in the hands of someone that I didn't know. Shortly after becoming a childcare teacher, I realized that working with children was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed teaching and watching the children learn so many things and helping them to reach their developmental goals. I worked as a teacher for 13 years, taking a 2 year break to be an a stay at home mom once the twins were born. I have also worked as a childcare director for 5 years, which is also my current employment position. I Read more am seeking to work one on one with children because I feel like the passion that childcare teacher once had is gone. For me childcare is not "just a job". My passion for early childhood has prepared me for ensuring that children understand just how amazing that they are because that will reflect into the adults that they will become.
