very unprofessional…she never showed up for the in person interview/meet and greet. she never called or texted to say she was running late or just not interested anymore. i sat and waited until 8:15 pm still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and nothing ! not even a “i’m sorry” text, nothing ! if you can’t show up on time or AT ALL in your case for an interview what makes you think i will trust that you’ll show up on time for the actual day i need you for my child and lord only knows if you would’ve actually watched my child while here ?! this is a job that YOU’RE looking for, so treat it as such. highly upset and disappointed if these are the kind of people on this site, when people are truly needing help and needing a sitter.
